If you need to make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 905 468 2121 and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are unable to change orders that have already been packed, shipped or are ready for delivery.
All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us on 905 468 2121 or emailing email@example.com. Do not ship your product back to us without authorization.
We accept returns of some unopened items in their original packaged condition up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Items that are unable to be returned include (but not limited to) gift cards, food products, items sold on clearance, bathroom safety products, clothing, some healthcare and personal care items, sanitary products, baby formula, temperature controlled products, condoms or contraceptive products, bedding accessories, compression stockings, ostomy products, wound care. Other return exclusions apply.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee unless faulty or wrongly shipped.
